Paul Grainger, brings over 22 years of proven success to Leisure Futures, in the development and operations of Golf, Country Club, Spa, Fitness Clubs and leisure businesses.

Paul graduated in 1986, with a Sports Science and Leisure Management degree in England. After an initial introduction to Leisure as the operations manager of a city Health and fitness Club, Paul was enticed to Hong Kong to join a Leisure services company as General Manager. This is where Paul developed his keen business skills for the Leisure sector, in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Paul's relocation to Australia in 2003, led to a role with Troon Golf, the worldwide leader in Golf Club management, as the General Manager of Brookwater Golf Club, in Brisbane, voted one of the countries leading public access golf courses' Another sought after opportunity was presented to Paul in mid 2004, with his appointment as the General Manager of the Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club, one of Australia's finest resort and private Clubs.

Paul is a proud member of the Club Managers Association of America, a previous chairman of the Hong Kong CMA and has been an international representative speaker at the World Club Management Conference, Clubs in Asia, Golf Asia and Asia Fit.
He is also an active member of IHRSA, ISPA, ASPA and contributes regular articles for Asian Golf Business and Golf Business News Australia.

In April 2008, Paul established "Leisure Strategies.
