This specialised business stream has been established to provide its customers with the most effective productivity solutions. In order to do that, Leisure Futures has developed a range of services that provide customers within the tourism, sport, recreation and leisure sectors with a "one stop solution shop" for Human Capital Management.
Leisure Futures Permanent Recruitment Service responds to the needs of both employers and applicants by helping to place the right person in the right position. Leisure Futures specialises in the effective recruitment of permanent management positions within the tourism, sport, recreation and hospitality industries.
We are developing an advanced system of tools and expertise for recruiting highly qualified people that are well-suited to a client's particular needs and environment. In addition to advertising expertise, Leisure Futures also has a large database of potential employees and is currently creating a graduate placement program for the sport, recreation and leisure sectors.
Our recruitment services will include:
- Developing a profile of the ideal candidate based on a detailed analysis of our client's requirements;
- Assisting clients in the development of a targeted recruitment package;
- Identification of candidates utilising direct executive search methods as well as Leisure Futures' database of experienced managers;
- Conducting a thorough and open recruitment process;
- Detailed written candidate evaluation through extensive telephone screening and personal interviews;
- Presentation of a limited number of candidates;
- Assistance with interviewing and psychometric and psychological appraisal as required;
- Conducting formal and confidential reference and background checks; and
- Assistance with contract negotiations, including compensation and benefits.
